Wutongyuan is the first ecological residential community equipped with hot sprint in Qujiang New Area. Phase 1: multi-floor garden villa; small high-rise; garden design is based on the idea of “entering garden first and home next”; layout resembling jade ruyi meaning good luck and happiness. Phase 2: viewing high-rise; long distance between buildings allowing entire view of community. Cheuk Sun Service (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. (Xi’an branch) started to offer routine cleaning services for Wutongyuan (phase 1) on January 1, 2013 and for phase 2 on June 1, 2014. Over 50 employees are deployed on-site.
